You don\u00b4t need any special plugin in order to display your services on WordPress. It\u00b4s often much more comfortable to simply embed them<\/a> on your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if you choose to use a plugin, we have an excellent option available for you. In order to install the \u201cSiteDude Booking\u201d WordPress plugin, you need to access Features & Integrations <\/strong>and locate the WordPress<\/strong> integration. The easiest way to get the integration to work is to simply get in touch with our team. We will set up the plugin for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cDownload\u201d button and the \u201cbooking-system-trafft.zip\u201d file will be downloaded to your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the file is downloaded, access the wp-admin (back-end) of your WordPress site and navigate to Plugins -> Add New Plugin<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the new page that opens, next to the \u201cAdd Plugins\u201d title, click on \u201cUpload Plugin\u201d. A new section will expand below it, and you need to click on the \u201cChoose File\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you select the file you previously downloaded from your SiteDude Booking account, click on \u201cInstall Now\u201d. Once the plugin is installed, click on \u201cActivate Plugin\u201d and you\u2019ll be taken back to the Plugins<\/strong> section, where you\u2019ll see the \u201cBooking System SiteDude Booking\u201d plugin installed among the others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plugin will be visible in the left-hand side menu of your WordPress admin section. Click on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new page will open where you need to enter the domain of your SiteDude Booking Website through our Service Provider Trafft (without<\/strong> \u201chttps:\/\/\u201d and without<\/strong> \u201c.trafft.com\u201d) and then hit \u201cSave\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the page is successfully linked, you will see a notice appear above this input field that says \u201cYou have successfully connected your account\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding SiteDude Booking\u2019s Form to a Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now, to add the booking form to your WordPress website, you need to either create a new page by clicking on Pages -> Add a New Page<\/strong>, or by editing an existing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gutenberg Editor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re using Gutenberg<\/strong>, you can click on the \u201c+\u201d symbol in the top left corner, and search for \u201cSiteDude Booking\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once \u201cSiteDude Booking\u201d is filtered, drag it to the right and add it to the page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the far right, in the side menu, you can enable the \u201cPreselect Booking Parameters\u201d slider where you can filter what the form will show on the front end \u2013 if it\u2019s going to show only one Category<\/strong> or all Categories; if it\u2019s going to show only one Service<\/strong> or all Services; if it\u2019s going to show only one Employee<\/strong> or all employees, and if it\u2019s going to show only one Location<\/strong> or all locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please Note<\/strong>: This section doesn\u2019t automatically filter other fields based on a single field\u2019s selection so if you, for example, select \u201cEmployee 1\u201d and \u201cLocation 3\u201d, but<\/strong> the employee doesn\u2019t cover \u201cLocation 3\u201d, the booking form won\u2019t show any available time slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elementor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Adding or editing a page through Elementor<\/strong> is similar to Gutenberg, with only a few differences in the interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you\u2019re adding a page with Elementor, search for the \u201cSiteDude Booking\u201d widget in the search box and then drag it to the right to add it to the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once it\u2019s added, you can click on the section of the page where SiteDude Booking is, and on the left, you\u2019ll see a menu similar to what you\u2019ve seen in Gutenberg, with the \u201cPreselect Booking Parameters\u201d option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Builders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re not using Elementor or Gutenberg, you can still add the booking form to your WordPress website by adding the following shortcode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the default shortcode, and you can change the value of \u201cmin-height\u201d so it fits your screen better. If you want to use the predefined parameters, as in Gutenberg or Elementor, you can use these codes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
