You can easily set your regular availability for bookings and even add some exceptions for those times when you can’t take any appointments. Plus, if you want to tailor your availability for certain types of events, you can do that too right from the event settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create a new availability, go to Settings \u2192 Availability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create new availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll see a default schedule. Click \u201cCreate New Availability<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a new schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter a name (for example, \u201cIntroduction<\/strong>\u201d) and click \u201cContinue<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up your times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Adjust your default working hours (for example, 9:00 AM\u20135:00 PM<\/strong>) and turn specific days on or off.
Any day you disable won\u2019t appear on your booking page.
Example:<\/strong> If you work Monday<\/strong> to Thursday<\/strong>, disable Friday to Sunday so no one can book on those days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add shifts if required<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you work in multiple shifts, click the plus (+)<\/strong> icon to add separate time slots.
For example, if your schedule is 8:00 AM\u201311:30 AM<\/strong> and 12:00 PM\u20132:00 PM<\/strong>, add both time slots to define your availability clearly. **Attendees **will then be able to book during those time slots only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy Times across days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can copy your working hours to other days if the schedule is the same.
Click the\u00a0copy<\/strong>\u00a0icon, select the days you want to apply the same hours, and click\u00a0Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example:<\/strong>
If your Monday schedule is\u00a09:00 AM\u20135:00 PM<\/strong>, and you work the same hours Tuesday to Thursday, copy Monday\u2019s timings to those days instead of adding them manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Availability Exception : This lets you block specific dates or times when you\u2019re unavailable, even if those fall within your regular working hours. It\u2019s useful for holidays, breaks, or one-off days off. To add an exception, click\u00a0Add Exception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A calendar view will appear where you can select specific dates and set the times you\u2019re unavailable for that day.
Example<\/strong>: If you\u2019re unavailable the entire day, check the\u00a0Mark Unavailable (All Day)<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d to store your changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Availability Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your availability configuration is now completed.

On the Availability Dashboard<\/strong>, you\u2019ll see all the availabilities you\u2019ve set up.
Click the three dots (\u22ee)<\/strong> next to any availability to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Set as Default<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Make it your default availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Duplicate<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Create a copy from an existing availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Delete<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Remove an availability you no longer need.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Access via Event Types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can also update availability settings directly from your Event Types<\/strong>.
    Go to the Event Types<\/strong> section, select the event you want, and adjust its availability as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the dropdown to select one of your saved availabilities \u2014 for example,\u00a0\u201cIntroduction.\u201d<\/strong>
    The selected availability will apply to the specific event type you\u2019re configuring, so that event will follow the same working hours and rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Confirm and save<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Review your settings and click \u201cSave<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Common mistakes to avoid :<\/strong>
    \u2022 Forgetting to click \u201cApply\u201d before \u201cSave\u201d, which can discard your latest hour edits.
    \u2022 Leaving a day toggled on with empty hours, which can hide availability or cause confusion.
    \u2022 Forgetting to set an availability exception for holidays or one-off days off. If you skip this, attendees may still be able to book meetings on days you\u2019re actually unavailable.
    \u2022 Using \u201cMark Unavailable\u201d on the wrong date when adding an exception.
    \u2022 Not selecting your new availability in the event type dropdown, so the event still uses an old schedule.Good defaults to start with :<\/strong>
    \u2022 Hours: 10:00 AM\u20136:00 PM<\/strong>, Mon\u2013Fri; turn Sat\u2013Sun off.
    \u2022 Split day: add a 30-minute mid-day break to avoid back-to-backs.
    \u2022 Exceptions: add known holidays and travel days for the next 60\u201390 days now.
