If your Sitedu.de plan includes an email, just reach out to us with your desired account-name. We will set everything up for you. If you want to add the service to your account, just purchase an email addition.

Webmail #

As soon as we have activated your mailbox, you will be able to access it via webmail by adding the webmail to your website URL, for example: yourdomain.com/webmail.

In the “Username” field type your email address, in the “Password” field type your mailbox password. The Username is stored in your profile. For security reasons, we don´t keep the password there. If you forget the password, please reach out to us, so we can provide you with a new one. Please make sure to change it afterwards in your account settings.

Expand Email Storage #

Please reach out to us, if you need more storage. Generally, we recommend to use the POP3 method when you deal with a lot of data as this system stores all mails on your personal computer, while IMAP relies on the server capacity.

Connect your Mail to other Providers #

You can connect your mail account to any mail provider, such as Outlook, Thunderbird or MacOS & iOS. To do so, you need to enter some details when setting up your account. Please use the following information:

IMAP #

• Incoming mail server: mail.contact-form.info
• Encrypted connection: SSL / TLS
• Port: 993
• Login: Your mail adress, for example your@address.com

 POP3 #

• Incoming mail server: mail.contact-form.info
• Encrypted connection: SSL / TLS
• Port: 995
• Login: Your mail adress, for example your@address.com

 SMTP #

• Outgoing mail server: mail.contact-form.info
• Encrypted connection: SSL / TLS
• Port: 465
• Login: Your mail adress, for example your@address.com
• Server requires authorization: Yes
