In most cases, the fastest way to get a change done is to do it yourself. Learn here how you can edit your content. However, sometimes you need some support. That’s why we use a powerful feedback tool by Webvizio to allow you to quickly request changes right from your website. This is how it works:
Download and connect the Chrome extension #
The feedback tool requires the Google Chrome browser and the Webvizio Chrome extension, which you can download and install here.
After installation, you’ll see a page where you can either:
- Connect your existing Webvizio profile, or
- Register for a new account
We typically set up your account to make life a bit easier for you. If you haven’t received your login details yet, please reach out to us.
We recommend that you pin the Webvizio icon to your toolbar for quick access!
Click the Connect button
Navigate to the website or web application where you want to create tasks and click the Webvizio extension icon in the upper right corner of your screen
Project Connection:
– If you already have a project with this website’s domain, Webvizio will automatically connect the project to the extension
– If no projects are available, click the Create project button
Note: Creating new projects is only available to Account Owner or Project Manager roles
Done! You will see the Webvizio icon on the right side of your website or app. Clicking on the icon will give you access to the Webvizio extension menu.
